For cafés, restaurants, hotels, clinics, shops
For every new Google review, three finished replies in your tone are waiting for you. Pick one, press post, done.
We waited 40 minutes for two coffees. Staff were polite, but I'm not coming back on a Saturday afternoon.
How it works
Two minutes on day one. After that, one click per review.
Once. Connect Google, or forward the "new review" emails to an address we give you. Works from your phone too.
You, onceEvery new review arrives on its own with three finished drafts. If it is 1–3 stars, you get an email the same day with the reply inside.
AutomaticKeep one as it is, change a word, or throw them all away. Only what you press gets posted.

Five reviews, five replies the way ReplyOne writes them. The names are invented; the rules are real.
Wonderful moussaka, home cooking, and Mr Giannis always with a smile. We will be back!
Maria, thank you so much! The moussaka is our mother's recipe and we're glad you could tell. Mr Giannis sends his regards — see you again in Psyrri.
Why this way: Names the place and the area once, answers what was written, no offer.
Why this way: Replies in the language of the review, owns the problem without excuses, promises nothing.
I waited an hour with an appointment and then the doctor saw me for five minutes. Not going back.
Thank you for your comment. We are sorry whenever the waiting time at the practice is not what it should be, and we take it seriously.
Why this way: Does not confirm she was a patient, mentions no visit or diagnosis, speaks about the practice in general. Enforced in code.
My son raised his maths grades within one term. A bit pricey, but worth it.
Mr Kostas, thank you warmly. Progress in maths is always the work of the student and the teacher together — we are glad you can see it. We are here for whatever is needed for the rest of the year.
Why this way: Does not name the student, does not comment on the price, promises no discount.
Nice clothes but my order took ten days and nobody answered my messages.
Sofia, you're right and we apologise: ten days without a reply is not acceptable. Thank you for telling us, and we're glad you liked the clothes.
Why this way: Apologises for the specific thing, promises no fix it cannot vouch for, no discount, no refund.

Three jobs it does for you. Plain-language explanations are in the questions below.
Three drafts for every review, in the customer's language and the tone you chose.
Ask for the review at the moment the customer is happy.
Once a week you know what customers said and you have a post ready.
Safety
Nothing goes out unless you approve it. The only exception is Autopilot Beta ⓘBeta feature. We are working to have it fully ready for launch. If you switch it on, new 4–5 star Google reviews get a reply on their own, 30 minutes to 3 hours later, only 09:00–21:00 and only after passing the safety check again. 1–3 star reviews always wait for you. Switch it off any time., which stays off until you switch it on and never touches 1–3 star reviews.
No admission of liability, no personal data beyond the first name. A filter in the code drops any draft that breaks this before you even see it — even if you type an offer into the settings yourself.
No reply confirms a patient, a diagnosis or a student. The code enforces it, not an instruction that could be ignored.
Google requires your explicit consent for every reply. "Pick one, post it" is exactly that. Read the policy →

When a customer writes a review of your business, ReplyOne prepares three replies for you. You pick one, change whatever you like and post it. Like having someone write the first draft — the last word is always yours.
Pick one of three ways. 1. Press "Connect Google" and sign in with your account — you type your password on Google's page, not ours. From then on new reviews arrive on their own. 2. Forward the "new review" emails to an address we give you (works for Booking, Tripadvisor and others too). 3. Copy a review and paste it in.
An optional feature, still in beta: we are working to have it fully ready for launch. If you switch it on, 4 or 5 star Google reviews get a reply on their own, 30 minutes to 3 hours after they are written and only 09:00–21:00. Before it is posted, every reply passes the safety check again. 1–3 star reviews are never posted automatically. It is off until you switch it on, and one click turns it off.
A link and a QR code that open Google's "write a review" page directly. Print them on a card for the till or the table, or send them by WhatsApp and Viber. With a separate QR for each employee you can see who brings in the most reviews.
A simple page of your own with your phone, map, social links and your menu with prices — for the QR on the table or the link in your Instagram bio. Take a photo of your menu and the dishes fill in on their own.
One email a week: what your customers praised, what bothered them, and a ready post for your Google profile that you can publish if you want.
We take care of your Google profile: hours, holidays, phone, categories, photos and Q&A. We run an 11-point presence check and prepare local campaigns for you — you set and pay the ad budget yourself, in your own account.
They read a reply that mentions what they wrote, your business and your area, in the tone you chose. And because you pick one of three and change whatever you like, the voice stays yours.
No. Nothing to install, no new program to learn: open a page, pick, post. It works from your phone too. If you get stuck, write to hello@replyone.gr and we will help.
€49 a month including VAT for replies, €99 including VAT if you also want us to look after your Google profile. Pay yearly and get 20% off. There is no contract: stop whenever you want with one email. If you pay and do not use it, we refund the full amount within 14 days.
Yes. After you pay we email you an invoice in your business's name. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or IRIS through Viva.com — your card details never reach us.
To write the reply, the review text and the customer's first name — as they already appear publicly on your profile — are sent to the AI model (Anthropic or OpenAI). Nothing else. We do not sell data, we do no ad tracking, and whatever we keep is deleted with your account.
No, and do not believe anyone who says otherwise — no company can delete reviews. If a review breaks Google's rules (abusive, fake, from someone who never came) you can report it from your profile, but Google decides. What you control is the reply underneath — and that is what the next customers read.
